Sendee, Inc. (“Sendee,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website getsendee.com, and provides GPS-triggered camera capture and video-highlight services at ski and mountain-bike resorts and other authorized locations (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you visit our website, use the Services at a partner location, or otherwise interact with us.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Services generally, including any Capture Zone deployments, pilot programs, and any mobile applications we release. We will update this Policy as new products or features become available.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Mixpanel. We use Mixpanel, a third-party product analytics service, to help us understand how users interact with the Site and Services — for example, which features are used, how sign-up and session-tracking flows perform, and where users encounter errors. Mixpanel may collect information such as device identifiers, usage events, and general location information (based on IP). Mixpanel processes this information on our behalf and is contractually restricted from using it for purposes other than providing analytics services to us. 3A. Video Matching
To generate your personal highlight reel, Sendee matches footage captured by cameras in Capture Zones to your account using your GPS location data and session timing, together with geofenced trail or terrain boundaries. When your tracked route and timestamp indicate you passed through a camera's geofenced coverage area, the corresponding footage segment is associated with your session.

5. Data Retention
We retain information according to the following schedule:
Raw Video. Raw footage captured by Sendee's camera systems is stored in our encrypted database for 7 days, then deleted from the system. We may apply compression to raw footage when no person is detected in the frame.
Non-Purchased Video Clips. Video clips that have been generated but not purchased are saved for 30 days until deleted. This applies where you have signed up for Sendee and logged a “Session,” but have not purchased the resulting clips. We will not provide advance notice prior to deletion of unpurchased clips.
Purchased Clips. Purchased video clips are saved in your profile in perpetuity and are only ever accessible by you. You may request deletion of purchased clips at any time by contacting us at the address in Section 12.
Other Information. We retain other information (such as account, waitlist, and site-usage data) only as long as necessary to operate the Site and Services, provide requested communications, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption at rest (e.g., via RDS/AWS S3), TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage of RTSP stream credentials, tokenization of payment card information, and encrypted storage of third-party authorization tokens (such as Strava tokens). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
